Good episode that was. Chris came up with the idea, and Jane from Prestel sorted the photofor us. It got approved/signed off by myself and Dave Rosenbaum the product manager, our boss, his boss John Tomany and up to Tom Baird.
Then.. the complaints. Lost about 5 customers, and had letters from the ASA and The Cat Protection League, as presumably the same ill-humoured customers had complained to them too. Baird took serious shit, being the senior guy who signed it off. Hilarious - a major achievement.
