143sec for expert on minesweeper this morning. Whee. Beat the [livejournal.com profile] mindygoth at last.

Can I have a new wrist please?

And in other news, took the shelves down in the office today, all things being packed away in little boxes. Don't ask me for anything, as I have no idea where anything is any more! :)

Wah! I've lost my high-scores! 143 sounds familiar, but then I seem to recall close to getting down to double figures (but that could have been something else).

Aha! I have 116 on my machine at work! =:-p That's a long way off the experts though. =:-(

But then, is being an expert at minesweeper something to be proud of?

Yep, luck was definitely involved.

It's a long time since I played, but I think I could do better than 143 (but probably not as good as 116). Without cheating.

There's a trick that if you mark the known mines than click both buttons on a square with a number on it, and if the number matches the number of marked mines, it will clear all the remaining unmarked ones, which tends to be quicker. It's not cheating, it's part of the game.
